Additionally, my job doesn’t end at closing, whether it be providing contractor recommendations or helping you get to know your new neighborhood, I am always here to help in any way I can.
NEGOTIATIONS. Determining how to best marry buyers’ and sellers’ interests is a key aspect of any negotiation. By focusing on relationships with agents throughout the community, staying abreast of inventory, and maintaining a keen awareness of the marketplace as a whole, I am able to negotiate strongly on your behalf.

MARKET KNOWLEDGE. In addition to completing required annual recertification courses, I work continuously to guarantee I have the most up to date information regarding all aspects of the transaction. I keep in contact with title companies and lenders to make sure I am aware of changes made to the contract.
