Heidi first moved to the area in 2003 and immediately fell in love with everything Northern Virginia has to offer, including the robust infrastructure, great shopping and dining, mountains less than an hour to the west, and beaches within a modest drive to the east. Heidi has moved over twenty times and is intimately familiar with all aspects of the real estate process, from the tangible, packing, moving trucks, finding new doctors, schools etc, to the emotional upheaval of guiding her children through 7 Elementary schools and meeting new friends. All of these experiences drive her to help others through the process so their moves will be smooth and easy for all family members. Heidi cares for her clients like they are her own family, always staying in touch and providing information whenever needed. She takes great joy in sharing in the real estate experience and finds a great sense of reward when a client secures a new home or sells a home or even both, sell and buy! When working with buyers, Heidi uses market statistics to build neighborhood-specific sales records, and then stratcgizcs on how to best "attack" the market in order to secure the best home for the best price .
